CNC Turning / Milling — precision work
For parts that must hold accurate dimensions: bushes, shafts, gears, base plates, jigs & fixtures. We machine every engineering plastic we stock (Nylon, POM, PET, HDPE, PTFE, PEEK, PEI) plus metal. Typical plastic-part tolerances run ±0.05–0.1 mm depending on material and geometry — each plastic shrinks and springs back differently, and choosing the right cutting conditions per material is where experience matters most. One-offs, prototypes, and production runs all welcome. Send CAD files (DWG, DXF, STEP), PDF drawings, or a physical sample for us to measure.
Bending & Welding — sheet forming
For parts formed from sheet: plating-line tanks (PVC, PP, PE), conveyor covers and chutes, machine guards, clear covers (PC, acrylic). Heat bending and plastic welding at temperatures controlled per material give weld seams as chemically resistant as the parent sheet — ideal for chemical tanks where steel and stainless can't survive.
Hole Punching — volume parts, consistent size
For flat parts produced in volume: gaskets, shims, wear plates, flat seals. Die punching makes every piece identical at far lower unit cost than machining once quantities grow. Popular materials: PTFE, rubber, PE and fibre sheet.
Acrylic Fabrication — display and enclosure work
Clear acrylic boxes, dust covers, table-top signs, retail displays and showcases — heat-formed, laser-cut to pattern, edges polished clear, and bonded with specialist adhesives for clean joints. Single pieces or retail production lots.
Quality control before delivery
Every part is dimension-checked against the drawing with vernier calipers and micrometers before packing; parts with critical dimensions are inspected 100%. Typical lead time starts at 3–7 working days, with a firm delivery date quoted up front — see the FAQ or browse all materials.
